Introduction about Aerobics dance
. Warm-up exercises with music.
Learn four basic leg movements. Add arm (or leg / body) movements.
Add fitness / rhythmic variations /athletic variation then, add style, technique, and attitude into the movement. This is more advanced, but will be introduced here. Style, technique, and attitude are developed with time and practice.
Methodology
Dance with counting and then coordination of foot and hand movements along with facial expressions to be practiced.
